Chemical Peel: For Radiant and Youthful Skin

A professional chemical peel is one of the most effective cosmetic procedures that promotes facial skin renewal, helps prevent signs of aging, and restores the skin’s radiance and healthy appearance. During the procedure, a custom-formulated acid peel is applied to the skin of the face, décolleté, or back, promoting the exfoliation of the dead skin layer. Depending on the desired result and skin condition, peels of varying strengths and effects can be performed:

  • For restoring skin radiance, natural tone, firmness, and elasticity, as well as treating minor skin imperfections such as uneven skin tone, blackheads, and pimples, and mild acne, a superficial peel is recommended. This promotes exfoliation of the outermost layer of the skin and has a gentler effect, making it suitable even during the summer season;
  • To reduce the first signs of aging, fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentation spots, moderate to severe acne, and acne scars, a medium-depth acid peel is recommended, as it penetrates deeper layers of the skin.

Professional chemical peels using various acids and fruit acids for the face, décolleté, and back are performed by cosmetologist Sintija Vēciņa at the Adoria Health and Beauty Clinic. Depending on the desired results and skin condition, chemical peels can be combined with other cosmetic procedures, including HydraFacial, light therapy, mesotherapy, biorevitalization, and others.
